Returns and cancellations after we take delivery are subject to a distributors restocking fee of 15%, no exceptions. Special orders are subject to the restocking fee from the distributor of origination. Since we custom order all systems and peripherals, we can not take returns under any other conditions.
All repairs returns require an RMA before we will accept them. RMA's will be emailed or faxed within three days of receiving the request. Please call 425-821-2830 to request an RMA. Repairs will made on systems under warranty provided they have not been altered from their original configuration. Parts, only, are covered under the warranty. Labor on repairs will be billed at the current rate of $75 per hour at the desecration of Kingsgate Enterprises, Inc. You must pay shipping both ways on RMA shipments.
